I feel like Dr. McShane wrote the book on excellent patient care. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, explains everything in a way I understood and truly listens to me. I am thrilled that she is getting involved with residents or fellows (can't remember which), but she is a perfect role model. I feel so very blessed that I am under her care.
