We've seen Dr. Kramer for a number of years now and he always makes [...] feel special. He takes his time to thoroughly review his case and never makes us feel rushed. I've seen him interact with other patients and it is the same with them too. He makes you feel like you're the only one in the room and he really cares what you have to say.
