The Philadelphia Business Journal and Becker’s Hospital CFO Report published reports analyzing the impact of Hahnemann University Hospital’s closure announcement on the emergency departments of other local hospitals, including Temple. The story positively highlighted Temple’s preparation for and management of an increased volume of patient visits to and admission through the emergency department since Hahnemann’s announcement.
