Temple University Health System earned the City of Philadelphia’s inaugural 2019 Employer of Choice Award, which is the presented by the city’s Office of Workforce Development to organizations that have shown exemplary practices in hiring, talent development, retention, and culture which create opportunity and level the playing field for Philadelphians seeking to connect to career ladder opportunities. Among the 13 employers honored with this award, Temple was the only health system to make the list, and scored the highest among the awardees.
