Temple Health and 6ABC-TV collaborated on a sponsored segment about the use of laser interstitial thermal therapy (LITT) to alleviate the source of certain seizures and to treat hard-to-reach brain tumors. The segment featured Scott R. Shepard, MD, Associate Professor of Clinical Neurosurgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Director of Neurosurgical Oncology at Temple University Hospital.
