The National Hispanic Health Foundation (NHHF), a foundation of the National Hispanic Medical Association, has selected Jordan Juarez, a student at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, as a 2020 NHHF Health Professional Student Scholarship award winner. The scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership and a commitment to providing health care to Latinos. Outlets including Yahoo! Finance, Morningstar and the American Medical Association Alliance highlighted the recognition.
