Clarke, MD, FACS, FASMBS, Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, David O’Gurek, MD, Interim Chair and Associate Professor of Family and Community Medicine at the Katz School of Medicine, and Ahmed Foda, MD, FACC, Chief Medical Information Officer for Temple Ambulatory Practices, for a long-form article in the issue. The article focused on telemedicine, including how telemedicine fundamentally changed the way Philadelphians access health care during the pandemic and what the future holds for telemedicine.
