Alfred Bove, MD, PhD, MACC, Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, wrote an article in the American College of Cardiology’s Cardiology magazine summarizing key clinical trials and developments from the American Heart Association’s 2018 Scientific Sessions, including the use of PCSK9 inhibitors and the VITAL study examining omega-3 and vitamin D.
