“Dr. Baker joined the Family and Community Medicine faculty in August 2024 from a faculty position at Emory University. Since her arrival, Dr. Baker has consistently shown a positive and upbeat attitude that is appreciated by colleagues, staff, and learners alike. In clinic, she quickly developed a loyal patient panel. As one patient noted, ‘She listens and really cares. I love her.’
She was also one of the first Family Medicine providers to practice at Temple Women & Families, working closely with staff and leadership to ensure that clinic had all the supplies, workflows, and resources necessary for successful opening.
Dr. Baker has also been a key contributor to the Family Medicine residency program, assuming the role of Associate Program Director and quickly getting up to speed. She helped organize and execute a very successful interview season, and she is actively involved with all aspects of resident education. She is a trusted mentor and advisor to multiple residents.”
